PROFESSOR
Professors must have a doctorate in their field, which means that they have to have gone to grad school twice. Professors teach two classes, whether it's two sections of the same class or two different classes.
TA
A teaching assistant is a grad student that either assists a professor with a large class or teaches his or her own class. A TA MUST be a grad student. If they teach a class, it must be a lower level class, unless they have admin permission.
EMPLOYEE
Anyone that doesn't teach a class. Be creative. :]
