How to Make a Schedule/Transcript

General Info

Every student has a transcript, whether it's from MMU or not. Students will have their schedules from past semesters, which will be available for reference to both the students and administration.

Transcripts and schedules should be in separate replies to your character's thread. The thread should just be titled with your character's first and last name. Please see the transcripts in the board for examples if you have any and, if they don't answer any questions you have, feel free to ask an admin in the cbox or via PM :]

Transcript Code

This should be the FIRST thing in your schedule post. If your character is a first semester freshman, you do not need a transcript post, HOWEVER, on the second semester, turn the schedule post into a transcript post and add a new schedule post. Semesters on the transcript should all be in one post.

Any credits gained from Dual Enrollment, AP Credits, or previous semesters at another college should be placed under transfer credits. Any tests taken to get out of a credit, including CLEP tests and language placement exams do not count for credit. If you have no transfer credits, do not add the transfer credit section.

SCHEDULE CODE

This should be the second post in your transcript thread and should only include your character's current schedule. Most students take 12 hours a semester, though 15 is not unreasonable. Remember, it is best to get the general education credits out early. The two mandatory English classes must be completed by the end of your first year and math and science credits must be completed by the end of your second year.
