It looks like your rou...blinking box thing is indeed offline and probably dead. Don't worry, its not a software issue. I'm tied up in meetings all day today, but I'll stop by first thing tomorrow morning to repair or replace the box should it need it. I'd offer to walk you through some troubleshooting steps, but its easier if I can just look at the box. Could you do me a favor, though, and check to see if the box is plugged in? Expect me around 9.
