"Really? Oh thank goodness! I received a letter from the IRS in the mail a couple days ago and called them to verify it was legit. Apparently they're going to send someone out to my house to go over my records next week. They tried to explain what was wrong with my returns over the phone but I got confused. Something about random screening and my business claims."

"Um...I think just go over my records first, maybe be there during the audit if you think I'm hopeless. Perhaps help me sort out what they'll need to see and what they won't. Also what I'm missing...I don't know if I have records going back three years like they asked for. I spent a lot of time in Europe three years ago and my organization is spotty at best. I'm sorry, I'm rambling."
